Terms of Service

GamwellTech managed service agreement, proposal, quote, statement of work, or similar document, (collectively referred to as "Quote"), are governed under the provisions of the Master Services Agreement located at https://www.gamwelltech.com/terms/msa (“MSA”) and further defined by the conditions and provisions of the Statement of Services located at https://www.gamwelltech.com/terms/service-statement (“Service Statement”). The MSA and Service Statement contain important provisions related to the Services (including payment and auto-renewal terms). By agreeing to a Quote, you agree to the provisions of the MSA and the Service Statement. If you cannot access the MSA or Service Statement or have questions about those documents, please do not sign Quote and contact GamwellTech for further information.
