To ensure we are providing you with the best service, it's important we receive feedback. Feedback isn't just important when things are going smoothly, but to improve our service, and offering, we need to know when our support hadn't been what you had expected.

How does the feedback impact our staff?
Each time positive feedback is given to a member of the GamwellTech team, they will receive a number of points. The points can then be used to 'buy' gifts such as experience days and vouchers.

Feedback incentive
Did you know that every time you give feedback, the corresponding ticket number is added to a monthly prize draw? If you are selected as the winner for that month, you will win a $25 Starbucks gift card.

How do you give feedback?
Leaving feedback on your tickets couldn't be easier. On all ticket notifications, you will see the three faces at the top of the email (similar to the faces above).
